INGREDIENTS
3 Russet Potatoes
1/2 Cup Half & Half
4 TBSP Butter
LouWe.siana Blends Cajun Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and dice potatoes.
Add diced potatoes to about 3 quarts of water and bring to a boil and add kosher salt. Just needs to be enough water to cover the potatoes.
Boil for 12 minutes.
Strain and mash the potatoes .
Stir in half & half, butter, and Cajun Salt to taste.
Continue to mash until creamy texture.
Top with more Cajun Salt. ENJOY!
So much better than instant potatoes and to easy not to try! They will be buttery and oh so creamy. Feel free to add more Spicy Cajun after cooking for an extra kick!
