CAJUN BBQ SMOKED QUESO

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb Italian Sausage

  • 1lb of Velveta Blanco

  • 7oz Smoked Gouda

  • 8oz Smoked Cheddar

  • 8oz Cream Cheese

  • 1/2 Bottle Beer (your choice)

  • 1 can Rotel (drained)

  • LouWe.siana Blends Cajun BBQ

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Sauté sausage until done.

  2. In foil pan, add cubed velveeta, gouda, cheddar and cream cheese.

  3. Then, add sausage, beer and rotel over the cubed cheese.

  4. Smoked in grill, smoker, or oven at 350º for about 30 minutes.

  5. Stir every 10 mintutes until melted.

  6. Season generouly with LouWe.siana Blends Cajun BBQ .

  7. Serve with chips. ENJOY!
