INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken Breast (cooked & shredded)
1 link Andouille Sausage (diced)
4oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Yellow Onion
1/2 cup Bell peppers
1/2 cup Celery
2 cloves Garlic
2 cups Pepper Jack Cheese
1-2 cups Leftover Gumbo Roux
Chives
LouWe.siana Blends Cajun Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Dice onions, bell pepper, celery, and garlic.
Sauté vegetables in a skillet.
Add diced sausage, shredded chicken, and roux.
Season well with Cajun Salt
Add cream cheese and 1 cup of pepper jack cheese. Stir until melted.
Place in baking dish and top with remainder of pepper jack.
Broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
Top with diced chives. ENJOY!
