CAJUN SALT TURKEY SLIDERS

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 pack Hawaiian Rolls

  • 1 pack Sliced Turkey

  • 1/2 Block Pepper Jack Cheese (sliced)

  • 1/4 cup Mayonaise

  • 1/2 Lemon (juiced)

  • 2 tbsp Creole Mustard

  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika

  • 1/2 stick Butter (melted)

  • LouWe.siana Blends Cajun Salt.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.

  2. Slice the rolls horizontal without pulling them apart.

  3. Layer the turkey and pepper jack cheese on the bottom rolls.

  4. Mix mayo, lemon juice, creole mustard, paprika and Cajun Salt in a bowl.

  5. Spread mixture on the inside of the top buns.

  6. Place top bun onto the sliders.

  7. Mix Cajun Salt and melted butter and brush on top of the sliders.

  8. Top with more Cajun Salt.

  9. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. ENJOY!
