MAMA'S SHRIMP DIP

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

  • 2 blocks cream cheese

  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions

  • 2 tbsp. melted butter

  • 1 lb. small shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • Tabasco

  • Blackened Cajun

  • Cajun Salt

instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, green onion, and melted butter.

  2. Add 3-4 drops of Tabasco. Add more if you prefer.

  3. Heat your skillet to a high temperature.

  4. Pat shrimp dry and lightly coat with LouWe.siana Blends Blackened Cajun.

  5. Add shrimp to skillet.

  6. Toss shrimp around until opaque/white in color.

  7. Drain shrimp and add to cream cheese mixture.

  8. Fold in the shrimp.

  9. Season with LouWe.siana Blends Cajun Salt… to taste!

  10. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

  11. Serve with your choice of crackers!
